Saturday was a special day at Easter Seals Metropolitan Chicago. To celebrate the one-year anniversary of our state-of-the-art Therapeutic School and Center for Autism Research, Easter Seals Metropolitan Chicago organized the first annual Running Bases for Independence (RBI for you baseball fans).

Dreams come true for Easter Seals staff member

When their house got hit by Hurricane Katrina, Easter Seals of the Gulf Coast (AL) staff member Lydia Gaudet and her family decided they could live with the damage. She and her husband Steven immersed themselves in disaster relief, and their eight children helped clean up neighborhood yards.

New NY governor shows how “All Kids Can”

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy and CVS Caremark announced last week that they’ve established a two-year nationwide alliance to promote the employment of people with disabilities.
